C’est toujours ce que je sélectionne en premier dans le programme car la danse c’est vraiment le spectacle vivant que je préfère. Et à la Filature, la programmation est toujours très attirante. Bine sûr, je me laisserai surprendre par les nombreuses propositions de chorégraphes que je ne connais pas, mais je ne manquerai pas les valeurs sûres que sont Jan Fabre et Maguy Marin (dont j’avais adoré l’hypnotique BiT).

Théâtre : “Othello” et “Piscines”

Au fil des saisons, j’ai fait de belles découvertes à la Filature et cette année j’avais beaucoup aimé le cycle de théâtre du réel, avec notamment un mémorable “Stadium”. Je choisis Othello, car c’est une des plus belles pièces de Shakespeare, et “Piscines”, car la thématique m’interpelle.

Cirque : le cirque Eloize

C’est habituellement en décembre que la Filature se transforme en chapiteau géant pour un spectacle de cirque tout public. Après avoir été conquise par l’incroyable Slava’s Snowshow, je me réjouis de voir enfin les Canadiens du cirque Eloize.

Ban Thai : un excellent restaurant thailandais à (re)découvrir

[EDIT 02/03/2020] Le Ban Thai est malheureusement définitivement fermé.

Excentré, presque confidentiel, le Ban Thai vaut toutefois le détour. Je vous dis pourquoi :-).

Le Ban Thai est situé rue de Bâle, non loin du Rustique. C’est en sortant d’un chouette spectacle à la Filature qu’on a eu l’idée d’y aller : il n’est pas très loin et évite d’aller au centre-ville. Mais ce ne sont pas les seuls atouts du Ban Thai bien sûr !
Depuis quelques temps, on a de plus en plus de choix pour déguster de la cuisine thai à Mulhouse : du Khrua Thai, la référence, au Chili Thai, le petit nouveau, chaque établissement a son charme et ses spécialités.
Ce que j’adore au Ban Thai, c’est son curry vert, pour moi c’est le meilleur ! Il est très parfumé et bien relevé, copieux et riche avec ses petits légumes thais, et on peut le déguster seul comme une soupe ou accompagné d’un bon riz gluant. Côté prix, je crois que c’est imbattable : 9,30€ mon curry vert de boeuf !

Aux fourneaux, la patronne est thailandaise et vraiment adorable, tout comme son époux qui officie au service. Alors même si la déco reste assez simple, n’hésitez pas à y aller pour vous régaler de saveurs authentiques !

“Hospitalités” et “Stadium” : le théâtre du réel à la Filature

Comme dans la BD par exemple, j’aime beaucoup la rencontre de l’art et de la “vraie vie”. Ca tombait bien, le mois de mai à la Filature était axé sur le théâtre documentaire !

Comédiens pour l’occasion, les habitants de la Bastide-Clairance nous émeuvent ou nous font rire avec de vibrantes et étonnantes confessions. “Stadium” : la passion du foot à Lens

On dit d’eux qu’ils sont le meilleur public de France… et cela s’est vérifié hier soir à la Filature ! Pour “Stadium”, Mohamed El Khatib a convié 53 supporters du RC Lens à nous raconter leur vie autour du foot. Et c’était magique. Entre Yvette, sa grande famille et son intérieur incroyable, les chants du stade qui sont venus faire trembler les murs de la Filature, cet immense drapeau cousu main déployé sur la scène dans un pur moment de grâce, le public a pu toucher du bout des doigts cette ferveur qui habite les fans de foot lensois de génération en génération. Et au passage se régaler, pendant la mi-temps, à à la baraque à frites installée sur la scène :-).

Et le spectacle, ce n’était pas seulement à l’intérieur de la Filature : sur le parvis, on pouvait déguster de vraies frites du Nord, des fricadelles et de la bière Chti. Après la représentation, toute la troupe de supporters / comédiens a prolongé le plaisir en faisant la fête à l’extérieur !
